Hall Lets Co-ordinator
This role again does not involve weekly/regular attendance at the hall. It involves dealing with queries (by email / phone / in person....the method is up to you at your convenience) about the hall for one-off lets, ongoing lets, parties etvc. The Scout leaders normally organise the weekly scout schedule and inform you of the regular scout lets, you only need to schedule around these.
Currently there are 2 regular lets (dance classes) and there are processes for keys etc already in place and therefore again you do not have much communication with them, other than the odd cancellation due to adverse weather, sickness etc. Fees are sent directly to the Treasurer.
Scout Group Chair
Chairs group committee meetings (2-3 per year) and the annual AGMLiaises with secretary to produce meeting agendas and minutes.Work with Scouter in charge of the group on occasional group activitiesLiaises with Treasurer to produce the annually fees letter.Responds to occasional enquires and letters from Parents.
