The Scout Association takes the issue of privacy very seriously and is committed to protecting and respecting our users' privacy online. This Privacy Statement sets out our current data processing practices.
1. The information we collect
The only personal & sensitive data we collect from this website is when you make a request for your child to join one of our troups using our ‘waiting list application’ page.
2. Registration information
You will not be asked to Register via the 20th Milngavie Scouts website, however you will have access to online Registration forms for completion and returning to the appropriate Scout Leader.
3. Sharing of data
We do not share data with any 3rd parties, all data collected via this website is for the sole purposes of the 20th Milngavie Scouts waiting list requests. We do not pass this information onto any other Scouts Groups in our outwith our area.
We only use images that our leaders have sought consent to use. If you wish us to remove any image for whatever reason, please contact email@example.com and we will remove this immediately.
5. Legal jurisdiction
No data personal or sensitive data is held on this website. Data submitted via the ‘Waiting List Applications’ is sent directly to our Waiting List Administrator. Data is only kept for the purpose that it is intended i.e. to contact you when spaces become available. Data is held on a computer and kept safe from unauthorised persons. Data will be deleted once the space is either accepted by yourself or rejected if the space is no longer required. The data is used to determine availability within the appropriate scout troup/age range. We do not ask for data that is not used to determine suitability for spaces.
6. Further information
We do not send out emails using information you submit via our mailing list request section.

We provide a link to https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B2_9i8FYp1WecmIxVV8xS0U4QzA where you are able to view pictures taken on the various Milngavie Scouts Trail Races, however you will not be asked to sign up or submit any data.
