Waiting List Application
You can add your child’s name to the Waiting List when they reach 5 years old however please be aware that at the moment both of our Beaver Colonies and both of our Cub Packs are running at capacity.
We can take in around 20 new Beavers per year but currently have about 80 on the Waiting List, so unfortunately, we are not able to offer everyone a place.
The Waiting List details are handled by a web based tool called Online Scout Manager. Please provide all the details requested on the application form and you will receive an automated reply confirming receipt of your request. If your details change then you can access Online Scout Manager to update them.
We review waiting lists each term but do not provide regular updates on where your child is on the list. We will contact you in advance once a place becomes available.
